I can´t remember where I first read about floating. I was having recurring anxiety issues and was looking for a solution. Floating for me has become a part of that solution. It took me at least 4 floats to become fully convinced. In hindsight I believe I left too much space between the first 3 floats (it’s best if you do your floats maybe twice a weak if you´re just getting started, but everyone reacts differently). I’m more at ease in day to day situations, communication and make better decisions. I attribute these effects largely to floating as I´ve tried a lot of things but this has definitely had the biggest effect. I am looking to continue floating for a long long time …
