I had my first float 2 days ago and I’m going back again today! I wasn’t sure what to expect exactly, but Stephanie immediately put me at ease with a short video and a tour with an explanation and tutorial of the room, equipment, and after float care. I suffer from high stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic neck and back pain. I left feeling calm and centered. My muscles were relaxed and my mind felt truly refreshed. If you are in need of a break from constant, ongoing pain and an opportunity to allow your mind to rest and recharge, a float is definitely worth trying. I am so glad I did. I would recommend this therapy to friends, family, and strangers alike. What an excellent experience!
