Sometimes my body needs it, sometimes my brain needs it, sometimes it’s an intuitive nudge for down time and self care. Whatever the reason, I’m never disappointed. I always get what I needed. Every float is different.

Some of my favourite benefits have been: helping over used muscles from sports relax and repair, improved sleep, faster recovery from jet lag, increased creativity, resetting my ‘stress’ switch if it has been stuck to ‘on’ for too long, deep meditation… the list is endless!

Highly recommend starting off by trying a package of 3 sessions and seeing how it goes! It’s one of those things that could benefit anyone for so many different reasons! AND there’s literally tonnes of science to back it up!
