I am a physical therapist and discovered how much the magnesium floats helped my chronic pain patients by testing the waters myself. It helped me tremendously the day after I was in a severe car crash, I floated for an hour and had minimal pain the next day while I was told by the ER doctors to expect the worst on day 3. I get more relief from floating then I do from a massage and I love massages. If you have any aches or pains, this is worth trying out in addition to PT. It may be hard to quiet your brain at first but with practice it gets easier.
