It is the most relaxing and replenishing activity I’ve ever done. No matter what is on my mind or how bad my body feels everything seems to fade away after 90 minutes in the float tank. First-time floaters should go into the experience with no expectations of what “should” happen. Relax your mind and let go. Trust the process. This was my 4th session at Float Annapolis and each experience has been nothing but positive. I plan on making this a once per month activity, at the very least.
