My husband and I go for regular floats as a tool for well-being. It really supports the mind/body/soul in ways I can’t really describe. The first float I ever did, that night I had one of the deepest sleeps of my life. I find the high levels of Epsom salt releases pent up stress on a physical level, the sensory deprivation aspect is a great meditation for the mind and soul. Sometimes my mind will bounce around from topic to topic half of the float before it relaxes, but anyone who is familiar with mediation can vouch for the fact that is normal. I get a lot of insight about myself from my floats. Ryan and other staff make it a very welcoming environment.
