I was looking for a way to reward myself after completing my first semester of school and a Mother’s Day treat. I also wanted a method to relax, meditate, and release an accumulation of information, events, and circumstances. I finally decided to try float therapy. The first few minutes was uneasiness but once I adapted I forgot what I was doing and it was peaceful bliss!! I really need to incorporate sessions into my self-care routine!!
